When you sign up for the free nightly story we process your first name, your email address, the story setting and mood you chose, the time of your consent, and the source of your signup (for example "instagram"). We use this data only to confirm your subscription and to send you a personalised story by email each evening. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
After you sign up we send you a confirmation email. You only receive stories after you click the confirmation link. We store the time of your consent as proof.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to hello@cozynightsstories.com. We then stop sending stories.
We store your data until you unsubscribe. After that we delete it, except where the law requires us to keep proof of your consent for a limited time.
